These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the rights and obligations of users of the PackuNaTo platform ("Platform" or "Service"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

Definitions

  • "Platform" means the PackuNaTo web application and mobile application.
  • "User" means any individual or legal entity using the Platform.
  • "Breeder" means a User who has registered animals and offers breeding services.
  • "Content" means all texts, photographs, videos, and other materials uploaded by Users.

Registration and Account

Full use of the Platform requires registration. You must provide accurate and current information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your account.

Minimum age for registration is 18 years.

User Obligations

The User agrees to:

  • Use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms
  • Not publish false, misleading, or offensive information
  • Respect other users and their rights
  • Not misuse the Platform for illegal activities
  • Not attack the Platform's infrastructure

Content Rules

All content uploaded to the Platform must comply with the law and not violate the rights of third parties.

It is prohibited to upload content that is obscene, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

The operator reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

Liability

The Platform serves only as an intermediary between users. We are not responsible for the actions of individual users.

All transactions and agreements between users are at their own risk.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users.

Account Termination

Users may cancel their account at any time through profile settings.

The operator reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account of any user who violates these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes through the Platform or by email.
