Frequently Asked Questions
Registration is easy! Click the "Register" button in the top right corner, fill in your details (email, password, nickname), and confirm your registration by clicking the link in the email. You can also sign in using your Google or Facebook account.
Basic platform features are free. You can create a profile, browse animals, and communicate with other users. For advanced features (more animals, priority display, litter management), we offer premium plans.
PackuNaTo supports a wide range of animals - dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, reptiles, and more. If your animal is not on the list, contact us and we'll be happy to add it.
Security is our priority. We use data encryption, secure connections (HTTPS), and have a system for reporting inappropriate content. However, we recommend always verifying the identity of the other party before meeting in person.
Once logged in, you can contact other users through the integrated messaging system. Click the "Contact" button on the animal or breeder profile.
You can delete your account in profile settings. Click "Settings" → "Privacy" → "Delete Account". All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
